推薦信和指導同意函，形式不拘，但須能清楚看出哪位老師同意指導/推薦哪位學生。同意函及推薦信可由老師本人或學生寄送，但若由學生統一寄送，上面需有老師親筆簽名（電子簽名可）以示正本。

There is no particular format for the NCCU advisor consent letter or recommendation letter. However, it must be clear which teacher has agreed to instruct/recommend which student. The NCCU advisor consent letter or recommendation letter can be sent by the teacher or applicant. The consent letter or recommendation letters must be signed by NCCU teacher or recommenders themself, if those letters are sent by applicant.  (electronic signature is acceptable)

研究計畫（中文或英文）全文以三頁為限，包含參考文獻。

The research proposal (in either Chinese or English) must not exceed three pages in total, including  references.

請至本校官網教學單位尋找與您研究領域相關的教師，並自行與其聯絡，取得其同意。

You can find potentially suitable advisors from NCCU faculty and contact them directly to ask for their consent.

獎學金受領期間仍需為在學學生，如果您今年即將畢業，且接下來不會再有學生身分，則不符申請資格。如果您來臺灣時具備學生身分（例如攻讀博士學位），您可以申請這項獎學金。

The scholarship recipient should be a student during the award period. If you will graduate this year and will not be a student anymore, it is not okay for you to apply for the scholarship. However, if you will still be a student when you come to Taiwan (ex. pursuing PhD next year), you can apply for this scholarship.
