獎學金
為鼓勵國內外優秀碩、博士學生來校交流，本講座設有獎助學金，提供碩士生每月新臺幣3萬元，博士生每月新臺幣5萬元，獎助期限以3-6個月為期；另補助在國外之研究生經濟艙來回機票乙趟，期能以臺灣與亞洲經驗連結國際漢學趨勢，作出具前瞻性的研究。
To encourage domestic and overseas graduate students to come to NCCU to study sinology, the Chair will provide scholarships annually.
- MA students : NTD 30,000 / month
- PhD students: NTD 50,000 / month
- One round economy-class flight ticket for oversea students
The award periods: 3 ~ 6 months

國立政治大學羅家倫國際漢學講座研究獎助學金申請辦法
第一條
國立政治大學(以下簡稱本校)為紀念羅家倫先生對本校貢獻，並鼓勵優 秀碩、博士學生來校交流，以臺灣與亞洲經驗連結國際漢學趨勢，做出具前瞻性 的研究，特别設置此項奬助學金。
第二條
獎助領域以國際漢學研究為主，獎助對象為相關學系碩、博士研究生。
第三條
獎助方式及獎助期限如下:
一、 碩士生每月新臺幣 3 萬元;博士生每月新臺幣 5 萬元。
二、 獎助期限最少 3 個月，至多 6 個月。本次公告開放 2025年 9 月至2026年2月(須於9月開始)或 2026 年 2月至2026年7月(須於2月中旬後開始)此兩階段來校研究者申請。獎助期間須在政大做研究。
三、 在國外之研究生，另補助經濟艙來回機票乙趟。
第四條 本次申請截止日期為 2025年 05 月 15 日，申請者須檢附下列文件(申請格式請見最新消息之獎學金公告):
一、 申請表(須註明研究領域)
二、 中文或英文研究計畫(2000 字為限)
三、 簡歷表(包含著作目錄)
四、 在學證明及成績單
五、 推薦信二封
六、 本校指導老師同意函
第五條 獲獎人權義如下:
一、 在臺研究期間須有本校教師擔任指導老師
二、 須參加本校安排之各項學術研究活動，並參與政大國際漢學專班課程
三、 受領獎學金期間，不得接受臺灣其他單位補助
四、 須於期滿前參與工作坊，發表研究成果，並繳交執行報告
五、 出版著作須註明獲此獎，並同意本校用於展示及相關教育推廣

Q1：推薦函是否有格式或寄送要求?
Is there a particular format that the NCCU advisor consent letter or recommendation letter needs to follow?
A1：推薦信和指導同意函，形式不拘，但須能清楚看出哪位老師同意指導/推薦哪位學生。同意函及推薦信可由老師本人或學生寄送，但若由學生統一寄送，上面需有老師親筆簽名(電子簽名可)以示正本。
There is no particular format for the NCCU advisor consent letter or recommendation letter. However, it must be clear which teacher has agreed to instruct/recommend which student. The NCCU advisor consent letter or recommendation letter can be sent by the teacher or applicant. The consent letter or recommendation letters must be signed by NCCU teacher or recommenders themself, if those letters are sent by applicant. (electronic signature is acceptable)
Q2：字數2000字包含註腳及參考資料嗎?
Does the word limit of 2000 words apply to English proposal as well? Are footnotes and bibliography excluded in the word count?
A2：註腳及參考資料不包含在2000字內，字數限制同時適用中英文研究計畫。
Footnotes and references are not included in the 2000-word limit, and the word count restriction applies to both Chinese and English research plans.
Q3：我該如何尋找政大指導老師?
How to acquire an advisor letter from NCCU teacher?
A3：請至本校官網教學單位尋找與您研究領域相關的教師，並自行與其聯絡，取得其同意。
You can find potentially suitable advisors from NCCU faculty and contact them directly to ask for their consent.
Q4：我即將畢業了，是否符合資格?
I am about to graduate this year. May I be eligible to apply for this scholarship?
A4：獎學金受領期間仍需為在學學生，如果您今年即將畢業，且接下來不會再有學生身分，則不符申請資格。如果您來臺灣時具備學生身分（例如攻讀博士學位），您可以申請這項獎學金。
The scholarship recipient should be a student during the award period. If you will graduate this year and will not be a student anymore, it is not okay for you to apply for the scholarship. However, if you will still be a student when you come to Taiwan (ex. pursuing PhD next year), you can apply for this scholarship.
